Getting here is very easy! We are in the heart of Valencia's historic center, right in front of the Lonja de la Seda and steps away from the Central Market. From the train station, metro, or bus, you can walk or take public transport in a few minutes. Additionally, you have direct connection options from the airport.

By Bus: Bus nº 27 (direction Mercat Central - Beata) from the Centre de Salut Gil i Morte stop to the Mercat Central stop, then walk 200 meters.

By Bus: Bus nº 60 (direction Sant Agustí) and nº 62 (direction Avinguda de l’Oest - Roger de Flor) from the Pius XII (imparell) - Centre Comercial stop to the Editor Manuel Aguilar - Guillem Sorolla stop, then walk 350 meters.
By Metro + bus: Metro nº 1 and 2 (direction Valencia Sud) from the Turia stop to the Plaza España stop, then take bus 27 (direction Mercat Central - Beata) at the Plaza de España - Julio Antonio stop to the Mercat Central stop and walk 200 meters.

Valencia Airport:
By Metro: Metro 3, 5 from the Airport to Àngel Guimerá Station, then walk 14 minutes.

No-show: In case of no-show or late cancellation, the first night's amount will be charged.

Yes, it is mandatory to present a valid identification document for check-in and/or a passport (for non-EU citizens) to stay at our facilities.

Correct, the key and shower towel deposit is €5 each, refundable upon check-out.

We accept major credit cards, except American Express. You can also pay in cash upon arrival; however, if you book online, the deposit must be secured with a credit or debit card to guarantee your reservation. Please note that on special dates, payment conditions may change.

Due to regulations, we are obliged not to accept guests under 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. Guests under 18 years of age cannot stay in a shared room unless all occupants are members of their travel group, with parental authorization.

Minors under 18 traveling alone must present a signed authorization from their parents/guardians. Minors under 18 traveling alone and individuals traveling with children under 10 years of age must book a private room. Minors under 18 who are not part of a school group must be accompanied by a responsible adult. No minor under 18 can share a room with someone who is not part of their group.
